Overview
LEVL is built with privacy first. The vast majority of your data — habits, tasks, XP, streaks, goals — never leaves your device. It is stored locally and is only accessible to you.
1. Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect your name, email, or identifiers (unless you email us); your habits, tasks, goals, streaks, or XP; your location; your contacts, camera, or microphone; or any analytics or behavioral data.
2. Data We Do Collect
Payments (premium only): handled by Apple's In-App Purchase. Subscription status is managed through RevenueCat, which receives a random app-generated user ID and your purchase status — never your name, card number, or billing address.

3. Local Storage
LEVL saves your progress in on-device storage. It never leaves your device, is not synced to any server, and is deleted if you clear app data or uninstall. Because it is local-only, it cannot be recovered if lost.
4. Third-Party Services
LEVL uses two third-party services, both for premium subscriptions only: Apple's App Store (payment processing) and RevenueCat (subscription-status management). We do not use Google Analytics, ad networks, or trackers.
The AI coach feature uses Groq to process messages you send — these messages are not stored by LEVL but are subject to Groq's privacy policy.
5. Children's Privacy
LEVL is available to users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from any user without appropriate consent. Contact us at h28983040@gmail.com if you have any concerns and we will address them promptly.
6. Your Rights
Delete your data by clearing app storage anytime. Cancel your subscription through your payment method. Email h28983040@gmail.com for any privacy request.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
